Simply place on top of the grill, place food in the basket.
Stir the food with a spatula, turn the basket for even grilling. Don't hold the corners.
Keep watch during grilling, grill slowly.
Make use of briquettes, over coals with gray surface, max 260^o C (500^o F). No flames.
Distance between the bars of the grill and the coals should be about 10 cm, when gas grilling, more than 10 cm.
If you have a griddle pan, place the grill basket on the griddle to prevent soot from getting on the food.
