Tips: (If a roasting surface is desired, use a little butter)

Suitable for:

• Frying pans without "Non Stick"
  coating (cast-iron, etc).
• Frying pans with "Non Stick" surface that is damaged or burned.
• Make sure the frying pan fits your frying pan (otherwise cut or trim).

For all kinds of cooking, such as:

• Meat, fish, eggs, sausage, chicken, potatoes, etc.,
• Place the frying pan liner in the bottom of your frying pan.
• Then place the food to be fried on the frying pan liner.
• No grease needed.
